Do You Supply Products That Aren’t On Your Website?

Our website reflects our most popular range of products. However, we have a database of close to 100,000 products, so if you are unable to see the item you require please contact us. If you can’t see the product you want, you are looking for a unique or completely bespoke item or you would like to discuss your requirements in person please call our account managers on 0844 225 0470.


If I need the goods in a hurry is this possible?

Absolutely! We can turn some products around in as little as 24 hours! If you would like to discuss your requirements please call our account managers on 0844 225 0470 and we will do our best to help.


How Should I Provide Artwork?

Please supply artwork as EPS or PDF (high resolution) files with Pantone colours. If you have a designer they will be able to help. If you don’t have artwork in the right format or indeed no artwork at all, Roantree will be happy to provide or amend artwork (at an extra charge) for you based on your instructions.


Can you print Pantone colours?

We can print Pantone colours, we can also pantone match given the adequate time to include this in the production schedule and depending on the exact nature of the print and product required. Some products can also be digitally printed to give a great range of colours.


Will I see a proof of my product?

Yes, we will send you a digital proof of your item via email which will require your approval before your item is produced.


How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

The lead time will depend on the item you have ordered. Our standard lead times vary from 1-3 weeks for most items on the website. For faster turn round please call 0844 225 0470 and we will try and help.


How much does delivery cost and where do you deliver to?

Delivery is based on the final quantity and will be confirmed on your Roantree quotation or order confirmation. For any orders requiring delivery overseas or any special requirements please call us on 01494 511266.

Can an item be returned?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of any products as they are all made to order.
